The partnership agreement defines a controlled exit, a period for data export and technical support for migration.
How does pricing work?
Use our payment and fiscal infrastructure with an agreed revenue share, or your own systems with a fixed fee per portal. Terms are agreed before setup.
Who handles support and content review?
Memora handles technical support, maintenance and content review before publication. Legal responsibilities for content are agreed in the contract.
